Introduction


I hope when people search for Pride group , Pride Purple Group , Purple Group , Arvind Jain , Shravan Agarwal , Pride Platinum , Pride Valencia , Park Grandeur , Pride Aashiyana , Aloma County , Park Titanium , Pride Panorama , Pride Crosswinds , Pride Horizon , Pride Pristine , Pride Pavillion , Pride Picassa , Pride Springfields , Park Royale , Park Turquoise , Park Springs , Pride Panorama on google, this is the first page they visit to save themselves from all the troubles they might face if they invest in any of the projects. I have taken this up for my friends who have suffered because of Pride Group and their dirty business tactics. 

What is the purpose of this blog? It is simply to highlight the issues faced by residents of one of Pride group's ambitious projects. The way Pride group works and their ethics and business practices that impact citizens heavily. I had once heard that they care a damn about social media and will continue to sell 400 flats per annum. 

Moreover, I hope that people do not lose their hard earned money by investing in their projects. Don't believe me? Stay tuned on this blog as I unfold them each week.

    This is really bull shit ,how can a builder be responsible for Elevator company faults, If you purchase a car From tata and maruti ,and if a tyre fails ,does maruti or tata give you replacement ,this complaint is obviously attended by a tyre company, The builder can never be responsible for a Elevator or Cp Bathroom fittings ,Pumps, Tubelights, Bulbs, Street Lights ,Solar system, STP ,Filtration System faults if he has made full intent to purchase a branded company System.
    In Fact builder is not even allowed to touch the elevator for any repairs ,since PWD licence is in the name of OTIS ,who is only authorized to repair the Elevator.
    I feel you are holding Builder at Ransom by writing long blogs because of no fault of his ,infact he has handholded you completely to get the matter resolved by Otis ,to the extent of paying all the amounts ,what more can be expected .
    Please stop this blackmailing.
    Also I completely bandish Ravi Karandeekar for Highlighting the issues for is own TRP revenue from Google adds or for offering consulting to sell other builders flats who give him commission.

    I am not sure who you are and what got you to this blog. But good to see you here and reading. Let me clarify something that perhaps might come as a stark revelation to you in case you are unaware of the reality. Perhaps for better understanding, I should bring it to you point wise:

    1) The builder is responsible for it. He chooses the package, I don't. Therefore, unless you are a spokesperson for the builder, do not take sides here. Keep calm and read on.

    2) In event of a tyre failure by on a car, the company that I bought the car from is 100% responsible to get this sorted out. They don't stone wall customers. If you want details ask, I'll give you ample references in this regard.

    3) The builder is cent percent responsible for the elevator. And since you have presumed that my blog is only about elevator issues then you are mistaken. Therefore wait until it is complete. I paid for the apartment to the builder and not to OTIS. Choice of OTIS was his. Tomorrow, if you buy a packet of Haldiram Bhujia sev and realize that the oil used was stale, you will surely write to Haldiram and not the oil company in which the sev was fried. Get your basics right.

    4) He had not paid the amount for a full year after failure. That says a lot about his intent. Not until we raised a voice and created a hue and cry about failing systems.

    5) I have a decent earning job and asking for a ransom from a cheat is the last thing I'll resort to do. And this blog is not going off air anytime. Your clarification on each post was not required hence it will be deleted as a comment on this single post should suffice. Unless you are paid to provide any justification on behalf of the builder, do not label anyone a blackmailing individual.

    6) And lastly, I am not Ravi Karandeekar, therefore there are no ads here and neither is there any back door dealing on this blog. Grow up and see the reality.
